A journey of the senses through the Umbrian tradition and food and wine history - a unique itinerary to discover the ancient secrets of the local products and unmistakable flavours of natural wines and organic Umbrian cheeses. An unforgettable experience designed for all lovers of Italian cuisine and wine culture.
One Full Day
After breakfast at the hotel, the day will include a visit to a historic traditional wine cellar near Perugia; in this characteristic location, surrounded by 12 hectares of vineyards, you can take part in a seminar on production and tasting of natural wines produced on site. The morning ends with lunch in a country villa on the hills right next to Perugia.
In the afternoon, the tour continues with a visit to discover the local dairy products, where you can follow the production of cheese and participate in one of the stages of production of the product itself. After a walk through the centre of Perugia, you can return to the hotel and relax in the swimming pool with panoramic views.
The evening is dedicated to the "Pizza Night", where you will learn how to prepare, and then enjoy traditional pizza.
